THE REVOLUTION SERIES
The Revolution System is a highly advanced, ultra high fidelity, actively driven, point source system. The system comprises of 3 different cabinet models which together with the RSR and CMR racks form a perfectly integrated 5 way system suitable for the most demanding pro audio situations. The system has a maximum continues output of 144db and a peak output of 148db. It also maintains a flat frequency response from 34 Hz to 22 kHz (-3db). The careful acoustic design has fused cutting edge drive components with advanced loading techniques, to produce a system which effortlessly creates a coherent wave front across the full frequency spectrum. With seamless inter cabinet summation the system is highly scalable, making it suitable for audiences of a few hundred to a few thousand people with ease.
The power to weight ratio is at the upper levels theoretically achievable with current technology. Each stack has a footprint of only 0.62m2 and is capable of producing a maximum continues output of 141db. This makes the system highly suited for use in small to medium sized Live music venues, theatres, clubs and houses of worship that are eager to bring the level of there audio systems up to today’s most demanding expectations, but due to space constraints have previously thought it not feasible.
The system is actively driven by our RSR (Revolution System Rack). This provides a massive 12kw/rms of clean power to each stack. The RSR is a fully optimized amplifier and processing network that has all signal and power distribution pre installed. This provides a reliable, user friendly “plug and play” solution. The RSR can be used in conjunction with the CMR (Computer Monitoring Rack), to provide wireless, real time acoustic analysis of the venue, and full hard ware monitoring of all system parameters.
The proprietary inter cabinet locking mechanism and integral fly ware allow an entire system to be packed and rigged safely by only two crew members. This makes it the perfect choice for touring, or hire companies that do not have large crew, transport or storage availability.
Like all S.O.S systems, Revolution is designed to be used in the most adverse weather conditions. The design incorporates a unique weather resistant polymer coating and water resistant drivers throughout. S.O.S Systems can be provided with full IP65 rated electrical connections. In this form our systems are suitable for outdoor use without any need for covering.
