First stage of the installation process, is a meeting between us and the client. This should take place at the venue where the installation project is to happen.
At this meeting we will discuss the client’s present and future requirements for the project. This is to include timescale, budget and basic equipment specifications. |
Second stage is where we (again not a third party) will come in and give the venue a complete mm accurate building survey, using highest quality equipment and techniques. This survey will be your property and can have many benefits for the entire installation project, from structural layout to interior design! |
Third stageis where we use the venue survey to create a high quality rendered 3d model of the venue. If the client wishes we can go as far as to include lighting, furniture and structural changes. With this we will model typically 2/3 different system options for the client. These models will not only show system placement, but they will also show dispersion of each system and spl range over the different areas/zones of a venue. |
Fourth stage is a Client options presentation.
Meeting at the installation premises to provide the client with the different system options available.
Using our 3D rendered images we will demonstrate how the different systems will look and sound in the space. Giving the client the satisfaction and knowledge that systems really do fit the scale, style and site lines of the venue. We will show the relative dispersion and spl’s of each system |
