THE COMPACT F6
The F6 is a truly transparent 2way ultra compact full range cabinet. The F6 is capable of maintaining an accurately controlled coherent coverage throughout even the most difficult environments. The F6 uses superior quality state of the art components throughout. The system is designed around the use of a 5inch Pleated Diaphragm Tweeter (PDT). The PDT driver has many benefits over standard compression driver and horn combinations seen in our competitor’s equivalent products. The drivers we use have a wide yet very controlled dispersion with lightening fast transient response times. They excel in reverberant and normally difficult spaces. The unit has fantastic vocal reproduction, with a high transient response and incredibly low distortion figures. This is used alongside a state of the art high power neodymium magnet drive unit with carbon fibre loaded cone that has a fully water resistant coating.
Weighing less than 8kg and a with a 35x20cm front this unit is still capable of producing 119db continuous and a flat frequency response of 68Hz to 23KHz @-3db (usable down to 61hz @ -10db). The F6 comes with integral M10 fly points, Power Drive mounting options and a low resonance custom pole mount to ensure easy and safe installation. With such small dimensions, high output and extreme clarity, this unit is particularly suitable for discrete installations requiring highest quality audio such as AV Installations, Conference Centres, Broadcast Monitoring situations, Club/Bar fills, Places of Worship, Retail Outlets and Restaurants. When used in conjunction with the B1 or B2 Bass Units it becomes part of truly capable full range system able to outperform many systems twice its size
All Compact Series cabinets are designed to be driven by our CSR (Compact System Rack). This provides a total 4kw/rms of clean power to the system. The CSR is a fully optimized amplifier and processing network that has all signal and power distribution pre installed. This provides a reliable, user friendly “plug and play” solution. The CSR can be used in conjunction with the CMR™ (Computer Monitoring Rack), to provide wireless, real time acoustic analysis of the venue, and full hard ware monitoring of all system parameters. Up to eight individual F6 can run as up to four separately controlled zones, or a system comprising up to 4xF6 and 2xB1/B2 can be used as a main FOH system.
